    I got a 1-month Xbox live gold and it never came. I contacted support and they said it would come in 24-48 hours. is there a way i can get it now or get a 48 or 24-hour code in the meantime? thanks

    If you got the month from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same and codes are not provided via the forums.

    The above link will show the support number for your region, as long as you have this set up correctly on the website (bottom left).

    They can advise and hopefully begin the process of recovering your account details. However, support can not reset passwords over the phone.
