    Hello,

    I am trying desperately to enter in contact with you by sending a mail or calling, which is impossible.

    I try desperately to change my confidential parameters because everytime it asks me to confirm my email what I do and I never receive any code..

    In addition, it is impossible for me connect to my Xbox Live so is it please possible to help me by anyway ?

    I have tried everything and i cannot connect to xbox live it always fails to connect to the internet but connects to the router fine

    what can i do that may connect me to xbox live

    Xbox Live Issues since Feb. 16 Update

    I can't connect either.

    Everything I tried that was suggested here has failed miserably.

    And my account will be charged on March 1st for another month of Xbox Live.

    Xbox can't connect to the Wi-Fi

    Tried everything and it's not working. The console sees the wifi and tries to connect to it but it always fail saying that it cannot connect to that wifi. MAC filtering isn't doing anything and neither is IPV6.

    I''ve run a connection test on the console and the results show that I fail connecting to XBL.

    So I can't really do much not even redownload my profile since there is no connection.

    The weird thing is my brothers Xbox in the same house has the ability to do everything as normal so I've been playing on that for awhile but I need my Xbox to work not his.
