HELP !!!!! Everything works except online mutiplayer

i can not play ANY multiplayer game. Every game from BF4 to #IDARB tells me "you need to be signed into Xbox live to access online features." I can stream, download, upload and join parties with no problems. NAT type is OPEN, no error messages,
privacy & online settings set to adult, 15 Mbps DL 8 Mbps UL, wireless connection, Xbox one only device connected, and this same internet connection allows me to play 360 mutiplayer games just fine.

*Note* using Verizon wireless jetpack so the alternate Mac address has been changed to allow connection.

multiplayer patch

i recentily just picked up the undead nightmare ver and when i went to get online it took forever to load and i couldn't get into outfitter so i deleted everything in the game except my mutiplayer save and re-downloaded all the DLC that i originally
had but i forgot about the patch. where do i go to re-download the multiplayer patch

 

Can only stay in party for a few seconds

Does everything else work except the party ? Do you stay connected in an online MP game ?

 

This has been an ongoing issue since February last year, where users who has to work their way around the IEEE 802.1X authentication method (not supported by the Xbox One) by using a "spoofed" MAC address, can't use their console to connect to multiplayer
sessions.

 

Problem solved, apparently after you using a spoofed MAC address to connect to a network, you can clear the spoof address, you'll still be connected and now able to play online multiplayer.

 

I haven't been able to connect to multiplayer either. How do I use a spoof MAC address? What do I input and where?
