HELP! Error with my Xbox denying that I have Xbox Live Gold and therefore unable to play GTA ...

I have a problem with my Xbox. You know the little "boxes" on the home page with, for example, "This months Deals With Gold" and such? Today I noticed that they have been replaced by "ads" (Not really ads, but offers of buying Xbox Gold) and this made me
curious, since I already own Gold (Got a subscription for at least a couple of more months).

I didn't really care about it and started GTA to play with my friends. However, strangely I couldn't select to load Online, like you normally can, but it instead went directly to story mode. When I then tried to access Online from the in-game menu it says;
"This profile does not have permission to access online. I find this very weird and incredibly annoying. I double checked on both my Xbox as well as on Microsofts website that my Xbox Live Gold subscription still remains, and strangely it does.

I talked with Microsoft support and we tried several things like clearing my locally saved games, removing and readding my profile and unintalling the game but nothing has worked so far. Right now I'm reinstalling the game, but I was wondering if someone
here maybe has had the same problem or at least know a solution? Any answers are appreciated!

Hi Xbox support! Can you help me with something?

I need some help with my xbox live gold. I just bought a FREE xbox one live gold and when I try to go online on GTA it says that "Your profile does not have permission to access GTA online. And the same thing when im trying to play ultimate team on FIFA.
