    Hi,

    I have Vampyr & Cities: Skylines installed on my pc, neither work, Vampyr was working and then now it no longer works. I get these error codes:

    VAMPYR is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    Cities: Skylines - Windows 10 Edition is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    I have tried all the recommended ways of fixing this issues to no avail. Can I please ask for service level 2 support to reset my account/fix this please?
