Help downloading my profile!!!!

Hello I was playing Xbox one day and I try to sign into my account but I saids please download this account again so I go to download it and says unable to download at this time and I keep trying and trying I reseted my internet twice and formatted
my hard drive Whig deleted everything and I still can't recover my account i also try recover another account but it says the same thing unable to download profile at this time try again later. I need help I try support on twitter which was no help so far

So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
800704cd. Please help!!

Hello there, to fix this issue please try the following.

Go to "System", then "Storage".

Select "Hard Drive".

Select "Gamer Profiles".

Select the Gamer Profile you would like to delete. You are given the options "Delete Profile Only" or "Delete Profile with Items". Both options descriptions are listed in the pop-up.

Then enter your account information in the system and then should download and fix the issue. This looks like your profile is corrupted.

True or you can retrieve your profile online as long as you know your info

Well while you are not signed into your live account you can "move" you profile to a USB. I have had my profile on a USB for a couple of years now as I play on my brothers xbox on the weekends.

Are you still having issues downloading your profile? If so, let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

To start things off, I suggest trying these steps:

Clear your system cache.

Download your profile.

If that doesn't you, here's a few questions/suggestions for you:

Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
If you're using wireless, are you able to try a wired connection from your router to your console?
How about a wired connection from your modem to your console?
Are you able to download other things (demos/videos) from Xbox Live without issues?
