Help! download of free full game gone wrong

Bought xbox one console which came with a full game download, went to xbox.com/name-your-game to choose game and stupidly entered my email address wrongly so I now have no way of getting hold of the game code which I will need to get the game . Spoke to xbox
who denied all knowledge. They even suggested that the free game was something that the electrical shop I bought the console from had added to xbox's promotion. Can I somehow still get the game?

Can't find my game

I've just bought a game called Battlefield 4, I downloaded it, I've gone into where the game is, it says 'see full game' and it's not there, it does say I can download it again, but I've already done this, can someone help please, where am I going wrong?

Games with Gold

The game "gone home" is free , "Rayman 3 HD" not, WHY???!!!

Free is only DEMO, when i try to download full game i must to PAY 9,49€....

The Name Your Game bundle is an Xbox promotion but it's run by a specific team and that's the best place to get support for it.

you might be looking at the dlc or something else you should be able to download it for free when you type in Fable III it should be about 6 GB, that's the full game, it should say free just look in the games and type it in, don't download it unless it is
free and it should be full game. Hope this helps.

If it was a save game, then once it's gone, it's gone. If was a download then you can download again for free via your download history.

Another reason can be it’s a free download so almost like a demo but the full game instead of a single level. Because i have had the same thing where i get games for gold then it’s gone to gamepass so i can no longer play.

Since that is not a rewards program issue, this is the wrong forum. But 360 gold games are set up differently than one game. The One games require a gold subscription to keep playing them for free but the 360 don't. In order o download the 360 games, you
need a full gold subscription.
