help...dont loose me to the darkside...please...xbox one S does what and when it pleases

hello to all members, if ive posted in wrong section then ADMIN please could you sort it, thanks......my problem is that ive always been an XBOX gamer simply because ive never had problems(which i did have when i was ...well stupid , n had a playstation
first...n then constant problems) so i switched to xbox and was n still is the best choice.....untill lately....i treated myself to the XBOX ONE S-500G only about 4-6mths ago and about 4-6wks ago,maybe longer(after an update) i was shocked to find out that
xbox now has a "SCREEN OF DEATH"...A GREEN ONE, ..i found a solution on u-tube, but had to reinstall all my games,etc....but was happy as my xbox was back....untill yesterday it decided to wreck my daily WARFRAME gaming session when it wouldnt turn on, then
it finally decided to have the green screen of death again, n then not even that on some reboots....but i finally got everything back to normal a few hours ago...so happy....until now it suddenly keeps freezing in mid game, or sometimes leaves it froze halfway
through the green xbox loading screen....basically freezes whenever it wants....anyone know of any fixes, as i didnt register it when i bought it so probarbly not under warranty...think im going to try microsoft and ask them to either fix it for free or swap
it for one that aint got a mind of its own....as now i am thinking of getting my ZX SPECTRUM 48K back out.....anyone got any solutions or offer any advice....please....sorry for long post but it aint good not knowing if next time i switch it on or playing
a game it could start again.....getting mad about it but getting frustrated mainly......thanks

Please, is there anyone who can help me? Now more than 2 weeks later, I can confirm that I spoke with the support like 8 times, and trhere is no soulution ,compensation/refound yet. They dont care about it. They know about the problem but they are not helping to the customers who loosing money...

whenever i try to update my xbox it wont start the update and when it does it wont finish it keeps stopping i dont know what should i do please help me

 

Sounds like you're going to have to factory restore your Xbox man.

If you can get it to boot back up, use the option from the menu's within the xbox one OS

otherwise you may have to do this..

1. Hold Eject and Sync button, Press the Power button once;
2. While Holding the Eject button and Sync buttons wait for 2 start up tones to sound, a menu with 4 options will appear: Restart, Power off, Factory reset and Update off of Flash Drive;
3. Click Factory reset, you’ll be asked whether you want to keep your installed games or not;
4. Click Keep installed games and let it update for a couple minutes;
5. Then Xbox One will be boot normally again. All your games will be still stored on the game driv
