Help digital liecense transfer..

i have digital copy of my monster hunter world on xbox one x i want to change my gamer tag or transfer my liecense to another account how i do that i am selling my xbox one x can i transfer it to pc or another gamer tag so i play it on other console.

You can't transfer a game from one account to another and since MHW is not part of play anywhere list you can't play it for pc.

The gtag change fee is 10$ ( might change depending on your region's currency) yet that doesn't change the fact that the game you have purchased is for xbox use only.

how much is the fee, and can i change the game version i dont want to change gamer tag i want to transfer game liecense from xbox to pc version can this be done or i will loose lots of money for nothing.

No, you'd have to buy the PC version, there is no way to exchange.

Change the name of your current gamertag is possible but you will be charged for it. It is not possible to transfer a game from your current gamertag to another gamertag. If the game is a play anywhere title you could play on your console or your pc. The
savefile would synch via the cloud.
