HELP!!!!! different email extension is stopping me accepting terms

My Xbox live account is linked to my email address that ends in 'com' but when my son signs into to his account and it asks me to accept the new terms of use (as his parent) the account it wants me to sign into ends in 'co.uk' and i can't change it.....help.....AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New terms and condition problem

i am having problems accepting the new terms, i have already type the correct password for my parental control access however they prompt me as invalid password? i tried on Xbox.com and still face problems with accepting the terms and keep throwing
me back into the accepting terms page. i am living in singapore.

I can't promote my account

Ive been trying to do this for a month. I have no access to my parents email as it was for her old workplace. Last time they tried me the account didnt exist however i am still blocked from accepting. the terms. They have settled with telling me I will not
be able to recover my account and that they would help me further. If thats how a 6 year dedicated customer is treated by microsoft something is very wrong. I am expected to lose all my content and purchases as a result of this. Surely there is an alternate
method of accepting the terms or promoting my account.

Won't let me enter email or anything onto the xbox, and every time I sign into xbox.com on the laptop it just brings this redirect up with the terms of use. I accept the terms of use, it logs me out, I log in again and have to accept the terms of use again.

I'll try deleting the profile from the xbox tonight and see if that helps. Thanks for the help so far

Yes it says that the email is not an account. Is there a way to find out the actual email without the site re-linking me to the terms and agreement.

If it makes any difference, I will be turning 18 in a matter of weeks, will I be able to turn my account into an Adult and take off the parental email and allow me to accept the terms and agreements. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one with this problem,
Wouldn't be easier to make another update to fix this problem?
