For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

Another month has passed...

And there is one interesting thing - I didn't receive any more promotions on my email since that situation, despite of I purchased MS Points, some game DLCs, gear for my avatar

Could you clarify which rewards you are expecting to receive? Each participant of the Game Pass Goals would receive one reward for each month, so if you have already received a reward for October's Game Pass Goals, you would not receive an additional reward.
