[help] Did not receive product in-game after ordering

Concerning this, you will need to contact the online support to check the account from their end. Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

unfortunately i was not able to get help there, thanks though.

i guess ill just wait till tomorow and see if they come trough.

Edit: I still did not receive anything, I'm contacting Activision right now

So I pre ordered the rust console deluxe edition and I was plying the beta and everything but then when the full game came out it said I had to pay for it again

Did you ever receive the product or are you still waiting/did you get a refund?

Just ordered my own and the concern only dawned on me after the order was made.

For the screenshot you posted, you were on the refund page for purchases, right? Is your purchase not even showing on your history at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders ?

How long did you purchase it? I'd recommend waiting a few hours to see if the order is listed and make sure you purchase it on the correct account.
