    Help! Did my Xbox One Break Already?


    I tried the chat and the "virtual assistant," but I can't get help on this. I hope one of you can help. Otherwise, I hope I can return this to the store (we just got it for Christmas). I can't sign in. I can't do anything except go to the "store" -- it just
    takes me to the settings menu over the store page and even those don't work. Hard to explain. I shut it off, unplugged it several times. Nothing. Help! Thank you.

    Did Not Get My Quantum Break Windows 10 Code

    I preorded the Xbox One version of Quantum Break several weeks before it was releases. I did this through my Xbox One. I did get my Alan Wake codes, and was told it could take 7-10 days after release to get my free Quantum Break. I have waited and got no
    message through Xbox Live and no email. I called today and was sent here. Can someone help me?

    i preordered quantum break on xbox one with the special offer to get alan wake and quantum break for pc. i still did not get any code. thanks for help

    I have a problem similar to you guys not as serious but relating to the same game the mess that is halo mcc. My issue is i have to insert/remove the disc around 3 or 4 times until it decides to cease grinding the disc and actually play it which can't be
    doing good things for the integrity of my disc drive. Also microsoft have not put this particular game onto the disc replacement service list despite being the publisher and parent company of 343 industries which is a subsidiary of microsoft studios so they
    surely are responsible to some extent

    You know I have a post on this forum as well about my console acting up, becoming unstable, lots of hard resets, and now that you mention it, coincidentally it started when I got MCC. It doesn't happen all the time as I played it last night without issue,
    but since I got the game other games have caused the same issue. Now I noticed that every time this happened I'm pretty sure the MCC disk was left in the tray. I've since taken it out religiously after every play session. Crossing fingers.

    I don't think there's anything wrong with my Blu-Ray drive. I can load other physical games like AC: Black Flag without issue. It's only when I attempt to load MCC or a digital purchase like Spartan Assault or Crimson Dragon that the game won't make it past
    the title screen or crashes as soon as it begins to load up.

    If the issue keeps up then I would call Xbox support and send it in for repair before the warranty is up. as for Mk breaking it I dont know about that
