HELP: Decision Upheld, but ALL accounts on xbox console remain suspended past its completion ...

Hi XBL support staff,

Currently, All of family's accounts on my xbox remain suspended from playing and communicating on Xbox Live from 7/16/17 past the day of the completion of the suspension (7/31/17,) from the consequences of one xbl account user.

I have been unaware of this due to the fact i was away on vacation. I came back and found out my nephew's xbox live account was suspended. I then filed a report on the enforcement website in which the xbox live enforcement team upheld the decision.

However, all accounts (not just the one that is responsible for the suspension) where not only penalized from using xbox live communication and multiplayer services, but continue to remain penalized PAST the completion of the suspension date.

This is not an act of grivance by any means.

Furthermore, i will still continue to remain a loyal xbox live member and just wish to receive some clearance and support on the current situation.

If the decision was upheld then there's nothing else you can do,the account will remain banned.

If the decision was upheld, there is nothing else you can do. The enforcement team will not give you specifics on why they suspended your account.

 

Hey vCe MurdeR! You should receive an email to email address of the Gamertag that originally received the suspension with information on the ban. Double check that and the details of the case review you submitted for additional details. Post back and let
us know how it goes!
