Help dealing with warranty on Xbox Elite 2 controller

My bumpers on my xbox elite 2 controller are barely responding. It shows that I still have manufacturer warranty on it, but it says they won't ship out another one until they receive mine and then it will take an extra 11-14 business days after that. Is
there any way they can send the replacement controller before I send mine out? because there is no way I'm going weeks without playing with paddles

They recently extended the warranty for elite 2 to one year. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/elite-controller-series-2-warranty . maybe this will help

Unfortunately no, that would be a bad business model also. The odds of someone just keeping both and sending back none are to great. Like reporting a false broken controller asking for a replacement and trying to scam.

Firstly sorry you have issue but with things in world being far from normal you have to understand procedure they may checkout your controller when you send it in and itmay be a simple fix and itll be quicker than having to wait for replacement.

customer support directly and they can let you know if there is any other recourse in your region.

When you get the chance, reach out to them and they should be able to clear everything up.
