Help, controller issues

This started happening Before we had the 2nd Xbox. and I did try all of the things that Microsoft suggested although my TV stand is glass.

if that doesn't work, a cheaper alternative to the standard controllers is the Afterglow wired controller for Xbox One (about half the price of a standard controller)

Pretty simple to work out...

Connect your controller to the Xbox using a cable.

If it works fine, then you know you have interference from something in the room/house most likely.

If its still doing it after trying that, then its your wi-fi/network connection.
