Help! Controller is constantly disconnecting

Hi, thanks for the response but I did the troubleshooting already and none of the steps worked and at the end it said I need a new controller however my controller is new.

My controller started doing the same thing then crashed completely when your stupid new controller update popped up, now it wont update and only the middle button works, if i reset my xbox it works fine until it tells me my controller needs an update then
it crashes again immediately, thanks for giving me a required update that crashes my hardware, your great xbox.....

I'm sorry to hear that this is still persisting.
Now, what we suggest is a reset of the console since the problem that is causing this could be in the OS of the console so we suggest a
Soft Factory Reset(while
keeping games and apps) Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

• There is a stable network connection.
  
  The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords) as going through this will remove the accounts.
  

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do manual setup. Give it a
shot and let us know of any changes!
