Been trying to find the chat or get. Call back but I'll be famed if it only allows me to talk to other gamers. My x box will not recognize it as a family xbox but it has never been changed.

I believe the reason you reached out to us is because you're having issues with your Xbox home sharing switches.

If that's the case, as mentioned above, you would have to contact an Xbox Live Support Agent so that they can look into your Microsoft

account and confirm how many "Set Home Xbox" switches you have left.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

If you have any more questions, feel free to come back us here in the forums department.
