    Hello

    i was updating my XBOX 360 through XBOX Live then i faced unexpected power off in my house i have tried to turn the console again

    but it showed nothing please help me !!!!

    Updated my console software online and after update Kinect Sensor is not working and showing Error C00000C2

    Updated my console software online and after update Kinect Sensor is not working and showing Error C00000C2. I tried all steps mentioned in support section of xbox.com. Nothing helped. Also connected my Kinect sensor to another working console, it is not
    functioning and showing error C00000C2. I think this is manufacturer's update fault. Please help. Thank

    help new 360 update failed w/error code

    Help, not finding anything in search. tried MS support suggestions with no help. Just bought a new xbox and have had numerous consoles so not new to xbox. selected the update after logging into profile and the console froze. I only have access to a MAC but I am sure the file downloaded from the MS site is on the USB drive now getting the same bs error code.

    You can try updating via usb flashdrive to see if that helps using the steps in this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../system-updates-info

    If you scroll down on that link a little it has instructions on updating with a flashdrive.

    If that doesnt work then your Xbox could be bricked from when the power turned off during the update. When you updating anything and the power goes out there is a chance stuff like this can happen.

    If you have to end up setting up a repair this can be done by either calling 800-469-9269 if your in the US or you can set one up here as well

    I recommend get the UPS power back up such as APC and other brand that help to prevent brown-out or power failures. when power goes failed and the UPS keep power on while updating files or saving profiles.
