    When the issues for xbox 360's live services were fixed I still cant connect to xbox live and the only problem with the xbox live services is on xbox one so why is it effecting me because I get the same message [your console cant connect to xbox live do
    you want to exit the session and test your internet connection if you are playing a game you will lose any unsaved progress 80151909] and then when I test my internet im connected to the network but not the internet, I've tried almost everything but it did
    not work please help

    Are you sharing internet connection? Because this "both have open NAT types" sounds like you are sharing internet.

    What do you mean sharing internet? Like if we're in the same house? Nope, we're both in our own homes, his NAT type says open and my NAT type also says open.

    If you can't connect to your internet then the problem is on your side. Check with your provider or your modem. Odds are one or both are down.

    Hello, is there a way you can go to Support --> Contact us ---> Put your issue in ---> then go to live chat. And then tell them your issue and then an xbox agent will help you. You can even ring them over the phone. Mobile costs but from a landline it doesn't

    Hello thank you for your response..There is no error message or anything when launching any of the games it just wont go into multiplayer mode..For example when I launched my GTA5 game is would give me the option to load online or stay in story mode. Now I only have the option to go into story mode.

    Connection issues, help!

    First go to settings, network and check what the status is on NAT.

    If NAT is set to Strict or Moderate, you could have issues connecting.

    It should say NAT is Open.

    Check that first.

    Also if on a wireless network, try to use Wired and see if that changes anything.

    From the sound of it, it really sounds like a NAT problem.
