Sorry to hear it. If you used the code then you must add the new episodes from the in game menu and not the store. If that doesn't work you can try highlighting the game on the dashboard and press the start button on the controller. Select manage game
then go to ready to install to see if that helps.

medium bloke is right that DLC is not included in sesson pass read whif atention the marketplace description and you see no seasson pass word in nothing in theory the only content from seasson pass is 4 new campains/add-ons but they give a extra, because
the delay of tina´s dungeon last Borderlands 2 DLC...most people put their faith that will be the psyco, but i wait and one week before the launch of six class they release a tresure pack for people have seasson pass for free...that is their excuse present
and not the psyco class...sorry man...(go in game market and search for your "present").

Because One already anunced the seasson pass of some games they will be avaliable for both 360 and one (if you have the two versions, and dosen´t metter if both are fisical or digital, if have two versions = 360 nad ONE you can use the same seasson pass).

And in other side Activision has confirmed if buy a Season Pass for Ghosts you can use to in both in 360 and ONE and in the case of PS 3 you can use in PS 4.

In general mode when you buy Seasson pass the pass is simple go to in game marketplace (go to option marketplace or go to menu and go to content to down).

There shows all the content is avaliable and the pass shows what you already have downloaded (in this case if already have download the game shows purshed or installed, and the content you still have rights they show whif price FREE and that one you didn´t
have downloaded).

Warning!!!! Can´t look that in XBL marketplace!!!, the content of seasson pass is controled buy game publisher and you can have the control of what already downloaded by two ways.

The first i comented above the second is go to download history (in profile menu) and seach the content you already have downloaded.
