    I entered a download code for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 from the Xbox store and tried to put it on my Xbox, but it wouldn't work or download. I asked all my friends and family to enter it and it just wouldn't work. I've thrown the faulty code out and it doesn't
    even show it on my download history. I am very upset by this and I want a new code

    Xbox One S neglect!

    Do you get any error codes with the "Something went wrong" message? It would likely be formatted as "E--- ..." or "0x--------".

    This would help determine what exactly went wrong with your Xbox.

    Same problems and error code, do this.

    Go to All Settings>System>Console Info & Updates>Reset Console> Reset and Keep My Games and Apps

    It worked for me.
