    i reedemed a 90 day xbox live card online it activated but my son cant sign on to xbox live because the email is associate with another profile.... The profile has to be my oldest sons way old account please help!!!

    Microsoft - I think I did a mistake.... Xbox One not starting up anymore, GSOD

    Back from Christmas holidays, changed the country to Malaysia - no feasibility to choose anything.

    Just want to get a phone number, email contact or address where I can bring the bricked black disaster thing to. Appreciate your help - if you can help. most expensive 2 hours of game play in history....

    If I burn that brick: how do I get a refund for the already online purchased games?

    Thanks for a great Christmas Microsoft.

    Honestly thanks for the great Christmas! I receive 2 games and Xbox live and I couldn't play them because of a hacking squad that been sending DDOS attacks to Microsoft over the last few weeks! You would have thought that they would have improved the firewall
    or something to stop this for Christmas Day! This is joke especially when they could have expected this! I am sure people would have warned them as this hacking group keeps tweeting that they are doing, they even mentioned that they will hit the servers off
    on Christmas but what did Microsoft do? Sat back waited until it happened they it was disaster!

    Seriously a big disaster. And their lack of support for this issue, even worse of a disaster. To even get me started on their lack of communication, it would just be a train wreck of a disaster.

    Hey there, Turbo! I'm very sorry to see any connection issues! The reason why this is likely happening is because the

    Motorola NVG510 is known to not support multiple consoles with open NAT. Port forwarding with this device should be done

    with the MAC address, and only if you have one console connected to it.

    I suggest getting a separate router that does support multiple consoles, and contacting your ISP to talk to them about setting your gateway up in bridge mode. This should get you guys both open NAT and not have to worry about port forwarding for one. In
    the meantime, I also suggest removing the port forwarding for now to see if that will let you connect back up, even with a strict NAT.

    Please post back if you are able to connect to Xbox Live after removing the port forwarding, and once you are able to get a router that will support multiple consoles. Once you have that, we'll be able to ensure you have open NAT and able to play without
    further issues! :)
