    Whenever I try to edit my privacy settings, a blank page that says "Bad Request" comes up. I want to edit my privacy settings, any help?

    Changing Privacy Settings

    The ASCS form will ask you to provide a working Email address. What your dad needs to recover is the password for the MSA and not for the Email. The ACSR link once verified will give you the reset instructions to the working email that you have access to.

    Thanks for the reply LeiAiAleiAica. The email ID used has been de activated. Hence, it would be useless to recover it....

    Hey Amyhabado! Are you seeing the same issue on Xbox.com as well as through the console? Give both a shot, and let us know how it goes!

    Hey Cizl!

    Thank you so much for replying.

    I'm seeing the issue on Xbox.com; I don't have a console, I only want to play on servers on Minecraft Bedrock (on mobile).

    I've tried to change the settings again (both times have been on Xbox.com) and a new error came up: a "404 file or directory not found" error.

    Hey Amyhabado! This can occur sometimes if you're using a child account. Try again with the adult of the family or if you believe your account is set as a child in error reach out to

    That's the problem, I can't close it in that page, because of the Microsoft Points (that I have not).

    Also, i'm in Portugal so I guess it's not a good idea to call those numbers ;)
