Help Changing my Gamertag

I was told to come here by a support person on chat about getting my gamertag changed and to mention i have no money to do it withe i have problems withe people asking about my name thinking its wierd its the 20th to 25th person to ask on my time withe this
360 and it puts me off playing

allso i think my name i copy write with the online game rune scape my name is rune cape 1993 it allso has my birth date on it and is a defult name. If can i would like it changed to - Rune stone 93 - or just - Rune 93 - he told me support people on this
page could and would help.

Well, if you want something more professional, I don't think either fit the bill. Perhaps professional isn't what you meant. But out of the two Astrobadgr is the better name, IMO.

Sorry, but support was incorrect. No one here can change your name or give you a free change. The only way to change your gamertag is to pay.

 

Support people for xbox check this site between certan time they can help me

 

Not sure where you got that information.As Smwutches said,if you want to change your tag you will have to pay,you will not get a free name change.

 

If you're not willing to pay though, a surefire method is to rack up points via the XBox Live rewards program and Bing rewards program. You can use the accumulated points and convert these to local currency, which in turn, can be used to pay for the Gamertag
change. If memory serves me right, it's around $9 to $10. And then there's tax, so around $12 to $13 should cover it.

 

You Cannot Change Your Gamertag for free nor can staff change it, You have to pay a fee of $9.99 to change your gamertag. you can join xbox rewards to get free xbox money!

It was a xbox support person on home page he diddent say what support forum on here i saw this was the only one what is monitered by xbox staff so i thought this is what he ment. And you can get it changed for free by xbox support/technitions but only in
rare ocations if they haft to and if something is wrong withe it. Its only rare they do it because other people use tricks to get support to change there name for free and ime from uk not us a here it cost £6.99 allso in my case people keep asking about my
name thinking its wierd and ind i think it may be copy write.

 

The enforcement team will issue a forced name change if a gamertag violates the code of conduct. Otherwise, there is no other way to get a free name change.
