Help change an email from one that doesn't exist to one that does

Okay, so this one is a doozey, and I can't contact a real person on the phone because Microsoft keeps telling me to go online.

I couldn't even sign in to that account for support so I am on my modern one.

This is NOT the account I need help with.

When I was a kid I made an account for my Xbox360. This was years ago. I used an email under my mothers company to sign in. It was my email, but my mother has since shut down the service and I no longer have access to it.

When I try to recover it, I am asked for information that I no longer know. Things like Credit cards on that account or skype friend names.

I was a child when those were made and it wasn't my credit card. I don't remember or talk to any of my friends from that age, and my mother doesn't have credit card info from years ago.

I need help because this has been an issue for years.

I need to change the email from one that doesn't exist anymore to one that does.

Please, please help. This has been a MASSIVE pain in my side for so long now.

Hello Bretton, the most important thing in your description is account recovery without it you will not be able to perform any change of account email.

As for the missing information you should be filling in the account recovery form, but if it says that the information is not enough you will have to provide more information to Microsoft.

Thanks, tried this. The email and password have been changed. When I try to recover they tell me the account does not exist. Made many phone calls and no one helped. It is supposedly escalated.

That guide doesn't help. I've looked already, and it doesn't offer a solution for changing my current email linked to the gamertag to another one, in a situation where the currently linked email does not work any longer.

I found out that the email has been changed but I cannot do anything because it says that my microsoft account doesn't exist, so I can't change my email back to my original one nor change the password

my account is hacked by a rambler.ru account and i think they changed my email, it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one"
