Help! Capture error(?) It only captures for 4 seconds when I want longer clips

I have had the same issue, i found at first that if i went and deleted all of my old clips it allowed me to capture full length clips again but now even that doesnt work for me. I now have 0 clips and if i try to capture a 45 second clip it only captures
12-15 seconds.

Same problem here. I play battlefield 4, and almost ALL my battlefield moments I attempted to capture didn't work. and when it does capture, it's usually only a 1 second clip.

If the DVR system is failing due to network issues, then the Xbox One should offer the option to save the clips locally on the harddrive. Not everyone has top of the line high speed available to them.

I do own the app. Captures will not delete from there either.

The captures also do a cycle where it shows all the “deleted attempts” and won’t delete, then it’ll show no old clips I’m trying to delete (it’ll show any recent clips I’ve tried to add) and that’s when it allows me to upload. It also will show all my old clips and screenshots and when I go into recently captures, it shows the most recently added captures to Xbox live. Right now, it is showing 101 clips and when I click on recently captures, it shows the 4 I managed to slip on to Xbox live only. It’ll eventually revert to the 101 clips and not show the most recent ones.

Thanks for the reply, but I thought Upload and Game DVR captured 30 second clips only? I want to record 15+ mins of gameplay to upload.

Since you're after longer game clips have you thought about investing in a capture device?. There is some short awesome clips but when it gets longer it can get harder and takes quite a lot of process power. I would honestly suggest investing in a capture
device if you are a content creator.
