Help! Can't track my Xbox using FedEx!

Hello,

A couple of weeks ago I sent in my Xbox one to have my disc drive repaired. I have recently checked my service update and it said that my Xbox one has been shipped back to me. I have clicked on the link that says "Track Order" I clicked on the link and it
takes me to the fed-ex website and it says that "No record of this tracking number can be found." I do not know who to contact first to get this figured out, but I wish to be able to track my console so that I may be at my house when it arrives. If anybody
could help me with my situation. I would greatly appreciate it!

Xbox 360 Repair Help

So I sent in my Xbox 360 for repair which was under warranty and last Friday it said it was being shipped back and it was in transit well it took about 3 days to get there originally and now its Monday so that was 3 days and when I try to track it through
Fedex by clicking the package tracking information it bring me to a blank Fedex page with the Fedex back round but no text if it helps I live by Denver Colorado. So can anybody help me out.

tracking number for repair xbox

Well I got the same problem and contact xbox chat support twice and fedex once (in between).

the number xbox support provide me is invalid for fedex so they apparently can't help us... and microsoft is unable to provide me the tracking number (after 1H20 min in the chat room the second time...). So I will just wait and see if my xbox come back home
or not :'(

transcript from the chat if that can help other customer :

MS: Robin, this number 0//////// is the outbound number that's why fedex can't trace your console.

MS: This number is the inbound tracking which you need to present to fedex and also the tracking number.

Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and tell them you want to know when your console was shipped. They can track it. No worries!

Contact FEDEX. I just received my new Xbox One S All-Digital in 3 business days, use the tracking id #, if you forgot it, check your recent purchases it'll show the Tracking ID #. Copy the #'s, pase in the tracking bar via FEDEX official website. If something
is still hindering you from receiving the package, refer to FEDEX 'Contact Us' section. Give them a call, it may be something simple as you provided a POBox instead of a Home address, because FEDEX will not send to PO Boxes. Hope this helps, stay safe & healthy

In my last contact with support the lady told me that the reason that the FedEx site doesn't show the updated tracking info is because it's a reserve tracking number that FedEx gives Microsoft in advance. Microsoft then assigns each repair order a tracking
number before it's entered into FedEx system. Once a number of repairs are deemed completed (a certain quantity) then Microsoft calls FedEx for pickup.Once FedEx receives the consoles they enter them into the system.

so MS gave you a tracking number that Fedex doesnt recognize nor does Fedex CS state is a fedex tracking number... by any chance did the tracking number start with USPS or UPS
