Help cant send msgs

I cant send msgs on my xbox account and using the Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App? it keeps saying the service is unavailable.

Messageing dosent work

Hi I cant send msges ln xb1 always if i try to send a msgs it says msg wasnt send and im not banned or something like this.

My friend can't send me anymore messages!!!

Ok so my friend and i hav been sending quite a few messages cuz we cant talk anyother way and this morning at like 2 am she stopped being able to send msgs help plz...i figured she'd hav to wait a day until to send more msgs...ps the msgs are being sent
on the console

Have you tried doing a full power cycle including unplugging your console for 5-10 seconds?

for some reason It started letting me massage again so i have no clue. anyways the problem was fixed so I'm happy.

Have you already tried send messages through the Xbox app or the Xbox web page?

If you still can't send messages, then I suggest you consult this link:

Im able to log in but I cant send or receive messages or join parties and other people are experiencing the same thing to also whenever I send a msg my xbox freezes. :/
