    Help can't play online with cable (internet)


    hey guys, someone who know how to play online with cable, can only use apps as yt Netflix internet browser, when I try to go online in bf4 or bf hardline there comes an error message that says you have lost the connection to EA servers online features will
    be unavailable.

    My cable works fine in my computer, but not my Xbox one,

    High Ping over 200

    My Xbox one is connected by ethernet cable with Internet. From two weeks only on xbox i have over 200 ping. I checked my internet speed on computer and there i have 50 ping or less. What should I do to reduce ping? I can't play online cause of this ping.

    Playing my device at another house

    The TV set itself does not need to be connected to cable internet.

    However, you will have to connect the console to the TV via HDMI cable. In order to play online, you would need to connect the console to the internet via WiFi or ethernet cord to the router/gateway of that house. Be it cable internet or DSL or fibre.

    hey there! You do not need season pass in order to play online.

    Try a Power Cycle
    http://support.xbox.com/ar-AE/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    If this does not work. Try removing your profile from your console ( don't worry, your gamesaves will be fine)

    Reboot.

    Add your profile again. And try playing online.

    It might also be something related to Dead Rising 4. Have you tried other multiplayer games?

    I thought we didn't need an internet connection to play

    I can't simply unplug my internet cable to play, as my One connects wirelessly. And I can't unplug the line going into the modem and cut off internet for my entire house, as every single person in my house is currently using the internet for iPads, kindles,
    and Netflix.

    I bought my xbox in december of 2017. Thought the xbox one s woluld be better I like it but when I play gta 5 online I get online and in less the 1 minute I am kicked out because of internet connection when I have a good internet connection and it also
    helps when I and connect to it with and ethernet cable to my router and xbox.

    ^I dont have any of that. The only reason I even have cable is for the internet so I can play online. The limited cable channels I have came with it for free and I dont even watch them.
