    Help! Can't play online. Been trying for 1 week!


    So I've had my xbox one for 3 years now, and have never had issues. For Christmas I got CoD WW2 and Madden 18 and successfully played them until new years day. Since then I haven't been able to connect to servers for ANY games pr play online. I can stream
    Netflix and Amazon prime, my brother can play his PS4 online fine without lag, all gold memberships were renewed in November for 1 year, NAT type is open, but now it's saying "behind cone nat". I've completely hard restarted my xbox, cleared alternate MAC
    address, cleared persisten storage, reset my router, etc all multiple times. Just trying to play some games online.

    Having this issue trying to play Elder Scrolls online. It wants me to put in a disc but I bought the game online and downloaded it to my hard drive. Been playing it for more than a week now. Any help is helpful????!
