Help can't play games

Can't play games bought on a now suspended account with new account. I couldn't post this in the enforcement thread as its shut down. I was in a chat session with an employee who directed me to come to the forums to loo for help. I have the reference number
and convocation we had saved.

when I start the game there is a error code "0x838601e7 " I search on xbox.com/errorhelp but the site can't find after I try to unistall the game but nothing the same problem

As stated in the enforcement site:

"When a permanent account suspension is issued, XBLPET does not actively revoke an account's purchases or licenses or otherwise render existing content unplayable. Any content that has been downloaded and can be accessed without an internet connection can
continue to be used by the affected account offline. Content downloaded to the suspended account’s Home Xbox One console can also continue to be used by other accounts present on the console.

However, once an account has been permanently suspended, it will not be able to re-download previous content or purchase new content. This is because a permanent suspension completely blocks the account from accessing the Xbox Live service. Any digital licenses
that are already downloaded remain intact, but keep in mind that any game titles or specific features that require online services will not be usable"

So you can play only games that are already downloaded in your console with the new account.

 

I didn't get a notification and just posted a more detailed thread. Can you delete this thread and continue our conversation there? And no, I can play the games as I can't sign in to set suspended account to my xbox home to allow my new account to play them.
