HELP! Can’t install any game from disc

You also may want to try
taking your Xbox One console offline and then trying to install the disc(s) from there? Did that help?

If not, can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?

If this issue is occurring with any discs you try, it's possible you may need to
setup your Xbox One console for repair .

like for some reason, I can’t play Xbox one game discs cuss they won’t install. I can only install and play Xbox 360 game discs and games that have been installed from the store.

If this is a digital game then it has to download and install the game. It will also install any necessary updates. If it is a disc game it will install it from the disc and install any necessary updates. If it is a disc game you might be able to speed
it up some by putting your console in offline mode. A slow internet will definitely have an impact on the download/installation of games.

Just keep in mind that once you sell a game disc, you would then need to purchase it again (either digitally or another disc) if you change your mind, even if you still have the game(s) installed on your console. So in other words, you can’t just install a game from a disc to have the digital version as the disc is still required.

Are you playing the game from the disc, installed to the HDD from a disc, or downloaded from the Marketplace? Can you try deleting the game (including any Title Update files), clear the system cache, restart the console, and re-download or re-install the
game. Does this help?
