Help cant download game after redeeming code

Help I can't download my forza horizon 3 and hot wheels add on code after redeeming it. I tried looking for solutions but they don't work please can someone help.

(I did it on the xbox)

Hi there,

please check if the game shows at Sign in to your Microsoft account and also check you are using the same account on the console as you have used on the console (So same gamertag etc)

If it does show, be sure to check the Ready to Install section in the My Games & Apps section on the console (for the account used to redeem the code)

Were you signed into the correct profile on your Xbox One console before you redeemed the code? If you have other accounts on your Xbox One console that you can access, try signing into them to see if the game might have been redeemed there by mistake.

Yes its my skype one (vic.daz) on my xbox console but it said it will deliver to (Mod Removed).I checked my recent orders (on vic.daz) and it said I purchased the forza horizon 3 and hot wheels bundle.I don't have any other accounts on my xbox.I would just
find it on the store but I cant find the bundle on it.

Thanks for messaging us! We were able to determine that the code was redeemed on a different account from what you are posting from. Are you sure you don't have any additional accounts on your Xbox One console that this could have been redeemed on instead
of your 'BigBandstar12' Gamertag? We're unable to share details over the forums on which account redeemed it, but in order to play the games you would need the account that the code was redeemed on to be signed in.

Yes,it was on my skype account vic.daz . The username for that is just 'BigBandStar' . I don't have any other accounts on my xbox. (so it was not on the account I'm posting on)

I just checked another fourm and realised the forza horizon 3 and hot wheels bundle was not on the store so I could not install it from there.I logged in my vic.daz account and went in purchasing and billing or some thing like that.It says I bought the game
but it does not appear anywhere on my console.

• Navigate to your 'Ready to install' list to find Forza Horizon 3 (DLC will be in 'Manage game')
• Navigate directly to the Forza Horizon 3 store page only on your Xbox One console instead of looking for the bundle page?

There was no forza in my games and apps or my ready to install.

I did go to the store and do that but it just says game hub and something else.I could not install it

there are a lot of people having the problem no point taking to them on the chat they will just till u the same old crap like they have been saying to me for the past 7 days on the phone
