Help! Can't connect to multiplayer due to NAT settings.

About 5 days ago, i suddenly was told by my xbox 360 that my xbox live connection was limited due to my NAT settings. I went to my router and went in and changed the NAT settings to were my NAT would be public and not strict. I have a Motorola DSl
3360 modem connected to a Apple Airport Extreme for my wifi set up. After i did this, it did not solve the problem. I have also tried unplugging my router for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and restarting my xbox 360 many times and unplugging it to sit for a while.
It also does this for my wireless hotspot on my Galaxy 4s. Does anyone know what i can do? Could it be a problem with my Xbox 360 or just my internet? Could it also have something to do with the service alert that is out right now?

Need help setting up multiple xbox ones in hospital setting for pediatric patients. Due to sensitive of patient information I'm unable to change Nat strict type to Nat open type. Is there any other way to connect multiple Xbox ones in multiplayer games in

Error connecting to multiplayer xbox live: Couldn't connect to server because the data is incompatib

I get the following error when trying to connect to a game in multiplayer. I get all the way to where the game is staring and counts down, then I gives the error: Couldn't connect to server because the data is incompatible.

I added ports for port forwarding. The network connections are checked out ok. multiplayer connections are good in settings. I notice NAT is open under settings but when I try to connect in multiplayer NAT is still moderate.

Any help here? very frustrated. Do I need to check IP addresses or IPv6? or what?
