Help! Cannot get my nephew's account to play multiplayer!

I originally created the account according to his age, 10 years old (Born 2012) and then bought a key for his account, but now it says this:

Understable, his account is under age, but i alreaddy tried by adding him into the family group and configuring his account to make him being able to play multiplayer, but... nothing, the problem persists

I then decided to "cheat" and change his birth year to 2000, but it still doesn't work, so you can say i tried almost anything

What should i do?!

Hi!

The problem solved automatically after i mentioned i changed the age. I just had to wait for about half an hour for it to re-configure itself and work, butthanks for the help anyways!

You need to add him under a family group as a "member", please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family using an adult account, once he is added as a member, the adult needs to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings so they can manage the account.
