    Help cannot connect to store


    I have downloaded fallout shelter for Xbox one today. I have tried to purchase things from the store and it goes to black screen then back to the store however It doesn't purchase anything am I doing something wrong???

    Hello, have you tried doing a factory reset of your console?

    Just make sure that you have your games and data backed up so that you can easily get them back when you need to.

    How do you connect your console to internet? Wifi? Ethernet? Microsoft Store is not working but you are online? or you play offline?

    id hard reset your console just to make sure its not your end. and also check the status of xbox live to make sure its not on there end.
