    My TV's optimal resolution is 1366 x 768 and it looked great on my 360. Now, with the Xbox One there is only the option to play in 720p, which looks terrible on my tv. Is there any way to force the Xbox One to display in1366 x 768?

    Aspect Ratio Problem

    Just looked up the specs on your TV, its actually 1366 x 768 resolution which can cause overscan since. Unless you have an option to fix over/underscan your going to be stuck.

    Only thing which I assume you've done is change the output resolution if you can to 1080 or try zoom, full, fill etc settings on the tv.

    Help with Xbox one HDMI problem ?

    I used both HDMI ports,but I knew it was the TV port & not the Cable/SAT port.

    I don't believe it is possible to set the console resolution to 1366x768 I think it can only be set to the resolutions on the guide below.

    Forza Horizon 3 / Forza Horizon 4 (PC) screen resolution 1440 x 900

    Yes, both games support that resolution, but you can run on 1366 x 768, maybe it's better to play.

    Game image soft/fuzzy. Is it just my setup?

    Well, whenever I choose the "optimal resolution" it switches to 1366 x 768. But even then I still feel the picture is dull and fuzzy.
