Help can someone tell me if im going to be unbanned on the 21st please help i recieved these both around the same time someone told me that if you get these both your perma ban will get
lifet once your temporary one does can someone explain? thank you

The case review is the only way to possibly have a ban removed. Since they upheld their decision there is nothing else that can be done.

No. Receiving a permanent suspension and a 14 day 1 day apart do not cancel out the permanent suspension. And since both case reviews were upheld, the bans will stick.

and I have no way to contact enforcement and I was falsely suspended I cant log in and I already filed out a ticket they upheld

Since you submitted a case review, that means someone investigated your account twice (the first being when the suspensions were given) and they found something that violated the code of conduct/terms of service both times. There's no other way to contact
them or have it looked into a third time.

is it possible to get it back maybe writing a detailed letter on how im innocent maybe to xbox hq or something since I cant contact enforcement im desperate right now
