Are you trying to access the DLC with the same gamertag that original purchased it? If not then you are going to need to do a combination of Sonic's and Smwutches answers.



Firstly sign-in with the account that purchased the map-pack. Then press the Guide button on your controller and go to the Settings blade, here pick Account Management. On the next screen simply scroll down to License Transfer and press the A button, next
you'll be asked to confirm if you want to do the License Transfer to your new console, press A to continue and all the DLC for that account will now 'belong' to your new console.



Then you must follow Smwutches advice. With the purchasing account set the map-pack to download again, since it is already on your hard drive all that will be grabbed is the new license.



Now all you have to do is sign out of that account and back into your present account, which you will find now has access to the map-pack in game.

Smwutches, he kept the same hard drive but got a new Xbox.
