HELP! Bug in the end of Mount Horu!

So how exactly does one get support for something like this? Developer doesn't appear to have a support site, this one is dead with no game rep...? Microsoft won't issue a refund, and yet I can't play this

I' also stuck in a spot on the right side. I already cleared the third right side on Mt Horu. When I exited I jumped to the little ledge and charge boosted up towards what I thought was a secret/hidden spot. I got stuck and in the process of button mashing
to try and get out, I saved. What a stupid mistake. Now my save loads into the small crack and I'm stuck at 95% completion. I'm maxed on all three tech trees. Such a shame.

within the steelbook gold edition you should get and extra naval mission

the desert cobra pack which has weapons, clothing and a mount

the roman centurion pack which has the same as the desert cobra but different designs and a horus pack

there are also 2 new campaigns one of which is released at the beginning of next year and the other later on but they look like they will be huge and worth the wait

@ Legionaire161 - I am finally near the end at Mount Horu. I am sure I have died in the hundreds already. I also missed a few blue stones with no way of going back, so no 100% completion Achievement for me.

This is one of the hardest games I have played in a long time. But I need to win it. I have played games in the past that were hard to a point of not being fun or worth the time. But this game hasn't gotten to the point, close to the line, but I keep
coming back.
