Hi, first for all sorry for my english i'm gonna try to be clear as much as possible. I'm just back from tchat with support who tells me to bring my problem here so here is it. I'm banned and i want to contest it but i can't acces to my history. I try with
my phone and computer, with chrome and firefox but i can't acces to it. Can i have help please

Achievments bug

From a while I noticed a bug, a big increase in gamescore and I would like to delete the gaming history achievments, how do I solve it?
can you help me?

Game purchase history bug.

Greetings, xIDRUMIx! It appears that you are having trouble re-downloading Battlefield 1943 after a license transfer. Sorry you're experiencing this error. Have you tried re-downloading the game by visiting your Download History on both your Xbox 360 console
and your computer as explained here? :
support.xbox.com/.../download-content-history Give it a shot and let me know if you're able to reach a resolution. I'm here if you have any further questions.

IIf it's the first offence and only 24hours then. No it'd not contestable

As it takes more then 24hours to reinvestigation to be complete

Also should be noted it doesn't matter who starts the fight you break the rules you aren't immune because you retaliated

My precedent ban was until 28 december at 11pm so less thant 2 days ago, i was ban for communication and i injury no one since my precendent ban. So i want to understand why am i ban cause i never use vocal so..

that not the first time, and inever contest it. But here i really don't understand why. I look at my message and nothing was an injury so i really don't understand. Nvm that not my problem here. i try with all browser i have it doesn't work

change the browser and clear cache

Also should.be noted like police investigations your don't know when it occured as it's weeks or days earlier

Don't break the rules it is that simple
