    [Help] Bricked Xbox One – Insider Alpha Skip-Ahead (2508.250608-2200) – E100 after OSU1


    Hi, I'm looking for help from the Xbox Insider team.

    My Xbox One is enrolled in the Alpha Skip-Ahead ring and is currently on build 2508.250608-2200 (June 11, 2025). After attempting an offline system update using the current public OSU1 (build 2506), the console fails at the final stage and returns error:

    **E100 00000703 80910006**

    It reboots into the troubleshooting screen and gets stuck in a loop. I've already tried the following:

    - Replacing the internal hard drive with a clean, properly partitioned drive

    - Reset using PowerShell script and manual diskpart setup

    - Offline update using OSU1 via USB

    - Power + Bind + Eject sequence (although my power sensor only works directly from the board)

    Nothing works — most likely because the public OSU1 is an older version (2506) and my Insider build is newer.

    Is it possible to receive a compatible `ResetFactoryDefaults.zip` or any insider recovery tool for this build? Or is there an estimated time for a public OSU1 release matching build 2508?

    I appreciate any help. I'm stuck and can't recover the console. Thank you.

    You must be invited to become an Alpha Insider or Alpha Skip Ahead Insider, to do so You must Very active in Xbox, doing missions and report the bugs You see in the system, as much as You do this, so You Will be Very close to become an Alpha Insider. You
    must be at least in Delta preview to become an Alpha Insider, but You Just need to be an Insider to be invited to become an Alpha Skip Ahead, but this one is very rare to be invited and there is a certain number of people to be invited, no more than that,
    If You were not invited to be Alpha Skip Ahead certain time, so You must wait a Second chance when they Will invite New members.
