Help!! Bought a defective game

I bought mad tower madness and it freezes up every time I play after 5-10 minutes. Into the game. Some how I was able to pick the rigjt option to talk to someone on xbox but the guy didnt speak english good enough to understand me and hungout. I then requsted
a refund online explaining the game didnt work correclty but they Denied me a refund. I havnt been able to talk to anyone from xbox. Its Impossible every option I try to contact them they just say it’s not a reason to call and they send me to this form as
a Resort of service. So here I am asking for help how do I get money back for a broken game that I purchased. How do I speak to someone that works for Xbox. I’m so disappointed with the company right now

I would take the game back or if you buy it on the market ace you should contact xbox for more help

Turned out the disc was defective. I bought a new copy of the game, and it works fine even without changing the PAL settings.

Hi,

I am going to suggest contacting xbox customer support because most likely it is a defect in the controller since they are all they same controllers just a different style on the outside depending on the one you buy. Try to get a refund for it if it truly
a defect because it is not your fault, you just bought a random one.

I recently bought two of the Gears 5 controllers and have only opened one. May I ask what the defect was so that I can make sure mine doesn't have it?

defect was in the RB button when you press it again with the defect twice making the recharge in gears 5
