    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I don't think Bill Gates monitors these forums personally, but I'd be happy to help!

    Were the games that are no longer launching downloaded from "Games with gold"? If so, those games are only accessible while you have
    an active Xbox Live subscription.

    Also, without Xbox Live Gold, you will not be able to play online multiplayer games. This would explain why you are no longer able to play online. If you meant you no longer have internet access, then you would need to set up your
    home console     in order to play digital games while offline.

    But it's not your call shareholders have imput because of their 5 percent shares which is more then Bill Gates. Bill Gates has been selling his shares in Microsoft. A lot will depend how the Ones does in sales, there are those of the share holders that
    would like Microsoft to sell the X Box brand all together. Time will only tell, Apple needs to sell nothing as they are the richest tech giant on the planet period.

    When you have a new CEO, someone the likes of Bill Gates HAS to say he'd support decision x if the CEO makes it. If Bill Gates had said something more along the lines of, "I don't think that would be a good idea," etc, then the headline the next day would
    be "Bill Gates Has No Confidence in New CEO's Decision-Making Skills".
