Help being an ambassador

Hi,

I have signed up to the ambassador programme yesterday, and I would like to make sure that i am as useful as I can be. Therefore I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to learn the things I need to know so I can help others in a correct
meaningful way.

Any help would be appreciated.

Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

The last several times I got help it was an ambassador. To me its no different than being a mod for a forum, except you actually get something in return.

Im an ambassador and i used ambassabank and now it says your not an ambassador I've not done anything wrong please help really miss being ambassador now

There's also the Academy on the ambassador site, it's a number of quizzes for most frequently asked questions, that gives you XP for completion.

Best other advice I can give is use Xbox Support resources, it's suprising just how detailed and wide ranging it actually is, most google searchs for an issue with link directly there.
