    Hello i had a Xbox one for Christmas but when i go online with other people or talk to my Freinds i always getting disconnected but then i go to play offline then automatically signs me back in to Xbox live and go back to multiplayer and
    im getting signed out again     Im am sick to death of this i really wanna play online please reply Asap

    For some reason my Xbox keeps disconnecting from xbox live an controller keeps losing sync don't know what to do please help it does it randomly how to fix ?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue.

    Have you tried a hard reset? (Hold down the power button on your console for 10 seconds)

    If this doesn't work for you, then you may need to try resetting your router by turning it off for 30 seconds, then turning it back on.

    Hopefully one of these will fix your issue.

    Is the reason why many people are randomly disconnecting because of our router model?

    I think Microsoft should fix the service alert ASAP and I think they're servers are causing the disconnected from xbox live problem for two years.
