    In my captures, there aren't any screenshots or clips. In manage, they are there but i can't share.

    If I go to my captures on my profile, there aren't any screenshots or clips. When I go to manage my screenshots and clips, they are all there but I cannot share them to anyone or my clubs. I don't know how to fix it and everyone on my club know I frequently
    post stuff and I've had to explain why a lot. Please help me resolve my issue.

    Screenshots won't save or share from the upload app

    Hey there MercWithAXbox!

    Sorry to hear about the screenshot issue! It's possible for screenshots to take a few moments to be able to be shared. I recommend taking a screenshot, waiting 5-10 minutes, and then check to see if you can share the screenshot from the Upload app.

    A recent system update seems to have turned off the recording (and therefore screenshots too) on some consoles. Go into the settings app, then look under preferences and make sure that "Allow broadcasts and game capture" is selected. If it's not, then just
    select it again. You can't record or take screenshots if that is turned off.

    diequick57, why do you believe it isn't doing anything?

    It could be that the screenshot has been saved, Go to the UPLOAD app and you should be able to see your screenshots that you have taken, you can share them from there.

    You could send it via a message to anyone on Xbox Live.
