You would only be able to use the Home console feature on one console per account. Your saved game content is all saved to the cloud so you should still be able to play on the Xbox One X if you have a hard copy of that game.

What happens when you try to log in on that console?

I formated the hd flasj memory, then I restored to factory defaults. The same happens: connects the network, connects the internet, but not the live. Is there a way I can ping the servers from my computer to verify if the problem are the ports or the xbox?

This solution I'm about to give you is something that you only should try as a last resort when nothing else seems to work. However, in this particular case, with an unused Xbox I would like you to format the 4GB internal flash memory. Then go to network
settings and restore to factory defaults to get a new fresh settings.

Before formatting, make sure you move any stored contents such as game save files etc. to a USB memory device configured to use with the Xbox 360.

Try delete and redownload the system updates as follows.

Turn off your console. Press and hold the sync button (the small one you use to connect your wireless controllers). While holding press the power button to turn your console on. Continue to hold the sync button until the console has booted up completely.

Go to System Settings and choose storage.

On your controller, press the following button sequence:

Press the left bumper.

Press the right bumper.

Press the X button.

Press the left bumper.

Press the right bumper.

Press the X button.
