    Help anyone from Microsoft


    So, only now did I realized that this account had auto renewal on from the free one-month membership. I can't cancel it now cause of the hassle of calling. Also, I'm guessing it is possible to see that this account has not been used since before even the
    first month ended. So, any chance someone could do something?

    Auto renew can be turned off here.

    If it has already renewed, you can call phone support within 7 days of renewal and cancel.
